Xingyang Chemical operates the Zhejiang Provincial High-tech Enterprise R&D Center, certified as a National High-tech Enterprise, a National SRDI "Little Giant", and a Zhejiang Technology-based SME. The R&D team of 36+ certified technicians spans organic synthesis, process engineering, analytical testing and safety assessment, with full-chain capability from reaction route design to scale-up production.
Core R&D Directions
Deep expertise across four organometallic reagent categories, each backed by mature synthetic routes, process parameters and quality-control standards: lithium alkylide series (n-butyllithium etc.) for safe reactive-metal preparation; Grignard reagents (methylmagnesium chloride etc.) covering preparation and custom concentration; aluminum/zinc alkyl (trimethylaluminum, diethylzinc) for highly reactive materials; custom synthesis from route design to scale-up delivery.
Full-Chain R&D Methodology
A staged validation pipeline from need assessment, lab trial, pilot test to scale-up freeze; every experiment and production record feeds a process database, forming traceable and reusable technical assets.
